Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Service

Kiss Pet Veterinary Diagnostics is a laboratory specializing in PCR-based DNA sexing of birds and veterinary diagnostics. We do not collect samples from customers. All samples must be collected and labeled correctly by the customer. We only take responsibility for samples collected by our official representatives.

2. Sample Responsibility and Accuracy

We process submitted samples with high care and professionalism. However, due to customer-side handling:

• We are not responsible for incorrect results due to mislabeled, contaminated, or swapped samples.
• It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct sample is sent and properly identified.

3. Result Use and Transfer

We issue results based on the DNA analysis of the sample provided. If the bird is later sold or transferred:

• The original results may be shared with the new owner.
• We reserve the right to disclose sample data and results to the new owner for verification.
• We will never share personal or account data without consent.

4. Misuse of Results

We are not liable for any issues arising from the following:

• Falsification or manipulation of gender results for resale.
• Misuse of original or altered reports by the seller.
• Disputes between buyer and seller arising from modified documents.

Only reports issued directly by our lab are valid. Any altered result is considered invalid and unverified by us.

5. Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance

We value your privacy. Here's how we manage data:

• Personal customer data is never shared or sold to third parties.
• Sample data and gender results may be shared with new bird owners, but without personal identifiers.
• Personal data is stored securely for up to 6 years, and deleted within 60 days upon account deletion.
• You can request access, updates, or deletion of your data at any time.

6. Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled only before the lab begins processing the sample. If testing has already started, the order is non-refundable.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, reports, and documents are the intellectual property of Kiss Pet Veterinary Diagnostics. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kiss Pet Veterinary Diagnostics is not liable for:

• Errors caused by customer-submitted samples
• Altered or fake documents sold to third parties
• Disputes resulting from tampered results or fraudulent claims

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
